I want to return the product or products I purchased?
Within 14 days from the delivery date of the product you purchased, Öncü Güvenlik Sistemleri A.Ş. You can return it with the invoice issued by . and a statement stating the reason for the return.
Things to consider in the return are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box and packaging.
- The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, has lost its resale quality and cannot be purchased by another customer is not accepted.
- You must send a petition containing the original invoice (including your copies) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send with MNG Cargo, in other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
- For products that may have incompatibility problems in product selection, an order must be made by obtaining technical assistance regarding compatibility. When the original packaging of such products is opened, it is not possible to return them. (Example: Software Products, Memory Cards, Some computer hardware etc.)
- If the invoice of the product to be returned has been issued on behalf of the Company, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return of the products whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institution will not be accepted unless the Return Invoice is issued.
- Please add the reason for the return of the products you want to return and send them together with the invoice.
Products sent for return are examined by the Technical Service for return compliance (if necessary, they can be sent to the supplier company for testing)
After your return is approved, the refund amount will be reflected on your account number or credit card, depending on your purchase. Average return process (between 1-5 days)
